You can send your captioned or subtitled videos directly to ZenVideo from Rev via your My Files page and from the Captions Editor.
Please note that to send a video from Rev to ZenVideo it must be uploaded to Rev via direct upload or external URL, and not via an integration. Only captioned and/or subtitled videos in a delivered, completed state are supported.

How to upload to ZenVideo from My Files on Rev
- On Rev.com, go to My Files and locate the desired file.

Select the (...) dropdown menu and select Upload to ZenVideo.

Link your Rev and ZenVideo accounts if you have not done so already. If you don't have a ZenVideo account, you can create one during this process.

Choose the ZenVideo folder where you want your files to be directed. If you haven't set a default upload folder on ZenVideo, you'll be prompted to do so.
💡Tip: If you belong to multiple teams, you will be able to choose which team and folder you want to upload Rev videos to:

Select Upload to ZenVideo to complete the process. Note that your ZenVideo video privacy settings will apply. You can check the status of your upload by going back to your ZenVideo account.
How to upload to ZenVideo from Captions Editor on Rev

Open the file you want to upload to ZenVideo in the Customer Captions Editor which is accessible from your order details page on Rev.com.
💡Tip: You can access order details from your My Files page from the (…) dropdown and then open the file from there, or directly from the My Files page. -
Click on the ZenVideo logo
at the top-right of the editor.

Choose the ZenVideo folder where you want your files to be directed. If you haven't set a default upload folder on ZenVideo, you'll be prompted to do so.

Select Upload to ZenVideo to complete the process. Note that your ZenVideo video privacy settings will apply. You can check the status of your upload by going back to your ZenVideo account.
Can Rev upload a copy of my video with the captions burned in using this process?
At this time, that is not possible. Rev will upload the video and the sidecar captions as separate files to the same destination.
What kind of quality will my uploaded video be in?
The video that you see in the captions editor is the same copy that Rev will upload on your behalf. The copy could potentially be a lower-resolution copy than the original video provided when the order was placed, however, these copies are sufficient for most online use.
Can Rev send these videos automatically?
Video uploads from Rev to ZenVideomust be manually triggered on Rev.com by following the steps listed in the sections above. This process is not automatic.
