This article discusses how to cancel your ZenVideo subscription plan.
When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your account until the next billing cycle begins. You will not be automatically refunded for past charges, but you may be eligible for a refund.
Instead of cancelling your subscription, you can also choose to downgrade it.

How do I cancel my subscription or a free trial?
⚠️Note: The Billing Settings page is accessible if you are logged into an account enrolled in an active subscription or active trial plan. Otherwise, you will be prompted to renew your account.
To cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription or free trial:
- Go to your Billing Settings page.

Select Membership plan.
- On the left side, select Billing.

In the lower right corner, select Cancel subscription.
- Confirm your cancellation.
Why don't I see the option to cancel?
- If you are currently not logged into a ZenVideo account with an active, paid, subscription plan.
- If your ZenVideo subscription was purchased in a mobile app using an Apple App Store or Google Play account, then you will not see the option to cancel on vimeo.com. You must manage the subscription via the appropriate app store. Read more on this below.
- If you are on a Free or Basic plan as you are not being charged and therefore cannot cancel your subscription.
- You may choose to delete your account instead.
- If you are on an Enterprise plan you need to contact your account manager to cancel your plan.
- If you have already turned off auto-renewal for your free trial or subscription, your plan will automatically be cancelled upon the next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my membership if I subscribed via Apple or Google Play?
If you are subscribed through Apple or Google Play, then you must manage the subscription renewal and cancellation via the platform where the transaction occurred.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date listed on your billing settings page. You will not be charged for the next billing period if you cancel in advance.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my membership?
Refunds are not automatic upon cancellation; however, in some cases, you may be eligible for a refund. Read about refund eligibility and how to request one at Refunds for ZenVideo subscriptions.
I was charged but I thought I was on a free trial
You will receive an email notification confirming that you were on a free trial. If the email doesn’t say this, then you likely skipped the trial step and purchased the product.
