I purchased my ZenVideo subscription in an app via my Apple or Google Play account. Can I manage that subscription on the ZenVideo website?
If you purchased your ZenVideo subscription via your Apple or Google Play account in the ZenVideo app, ZenVideo Create app, Mevo app, or the Magisto app, you can only manage that recurring subscription in your Apple Account Subscriptions settings (for iOS) or in your Google Play Store Subscriptions (for Android).
You will not be able to manage a subscription purchased this way on the ZenVideo website.
Can I purchase more seats via my mobile app subscription?
If you purchased a subscription via Apple or Google Play, you cannot add more seats to this subscription. If you need to add multiple seats to your account, you must do so via vimeo.com.
How do I upgrade my subscription if it was purchased via Apple or Google Play?
If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play, you will need to upgrade to a higher membership tier using the same App Store.
If you would like to move to a higher membership tier than what’s offered in the App Store, you will first need to cancel your app subscription in the appropriate App Store, and wait for your subscription to expire. Then you can return to the ZenVideo website to upgrade your account.
Your videos may briefly move into our archive storage in between subscriptions, but they will be restored upon purchasing the new plan.
If I delete the app, will that cancel my subscription?
Deleting the app that you used to purchase your ZenVideo subscription from your mobile device will not cancel your ZenVideo subscription with Apple or Google. This must be done directly via the platform you used to purchase.
