Is my subscription eligible for auto-renewal?
As per the German Fair Customer Contracts Act (FCCA), your annual subscription may be opted out of auto-renewal if it was not purchased for business purposes.
On February 10, 2023, we sent e-mails to confirm if your account was purchased on behalf of a business.
If you are a “Consumer” with an annual subscription that started on or after March 1, 2022, your plan has been opted out of auto-renewal. However, you can opt for a one-time renewal from your settings to prevent your subscription from lapsing. You will need to opt in every year.
How can I tell if my account has been opted out of auto-renewal?
You can check if your account is opted out of auto-renewal on your billing settings page under 'Renewal'. It will state that auto-renewal is off for your account.
