This article discusses how to renew your ZenVideo Subscription. By default, ZenVideo subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each cycle (yearly or monthly) to ensure uninterrupted service.

When does my subscription renew?
By default, your membership renews automatically on the renewal date listed on your billing settings page unless you cancel automatic renewals before your renewal date.

Why did my subscription not auto-renew when I enabled auto-renew?
If you have enabled automatic renewal of your subscription, the payment method provided must be up to date to ensure successful charging. For example, we will not be able to charge an expired payment method. As a first step, please ensure your payment method details are correct.
⚠️Note: Under the German Fair Customer Contracts Act (FCCA), users located in Germany may be opted out of auto-renewal for their annual subscription if it was not purchased for business purposes. Read more at Will my account auto-renew if I am based in Germany?
If you’re experiencing issues with the transaction, it’s best to contact your bank or card issuer for further assistance.
If you are updating your payment method, our system will charge you immediately for a renewal.
How do I change my membership type?
After you've purchased a subscription and used ZenVideo for a while, you may wish to upgrade your membership plan to access additional features and helpful tools.
