This article discusses how to disable auto-renewal for your ZenVideo subscription.
By default, your membership renews automatically on the renewal date listed on your Billing Settings page, unless you disable automatic renewals on that page.
⚠️ Note: These instructions apply to self-service plans. If you are on an Enterprise account, please review our Enterprise terms and contact your account manager with any payment-related questions.
To disable auto-renewal for a subscription:
- Navigate to your billing settings page.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Auto-renew is now disabled for your account. Please note that you may experience service interruptions if your account is downgraded to a free account at the end of your subscription period.
To enable a previously disabled auto-renewal:
- Navigate to your billing settings page.
- Select the Membership Plan to view the details of your current plan.
- Select Enable auto-renew.
- Auto-renew is now enabled for your account. Your selected payment method will be charged when your current subscription ends based on the subscription end date.
