How do I upgrade my subscription?

Not sure which plan type you have? Check “Membership” in the upper left corner of your Account Settings.

If you need more storage or features than your current ZenVideo plan includes, you will need to purchase a higher subscription on ZenVideo. This article discusses how to upgrade your plan on ZenVideo.

How to purchase or upgrade a ZenVideo subscription

To purchase or upgrade a ZenVideo subscription:

1. Visit the ZenVideo pricing page or select any Upgrade prompt on the ZenVideo site or ZenVideo app.
2. Choose the plan that fits your needs and whether you wish to be billed monthly or yearly.
   • Annual plans are charged in full upfront, whereas monthly plans are billed every 30 days.
3. Once your plan is selected, select the number of seats you need.
4. Provide your payment details. See our accepted payment methods.
5. Select Complete purchase. By doing so, you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and automatic renewal.

I’m already on a paid plan. Will I be credited for an active previous purchase if I upgrade to a higher tier?

We automatically prorate your purchase when you upgrade from your current paid subscription to a higher tier.

For example, if you're halfway through your annual subscription and want to upgrade to a higher plan, we would apply what you’ve already paid for the remaining half of your subscription toward the cost of your higher subscription tier.
