How to create a recurring live event

This feature requires an Advanced or Premium plan, or an Enterprise plan with the Events feature added.

This article discusses how to create a recurring live event on ZenVideo. 

A recurring live event occurs at regular intervals, such as weekly meetings or monthly townhalls.

To create a recurring live event: 

1. Regardless of which method you use to create your live event through the workflow initially, select the 'Recurring Event' toggle at the 'Add Event Details' screen of the workflow.
2. Use text boxes, drop-down menus, and check boxes to set how often you’d like your event to recur in days, weeks, months, or years.
3. Select Create to create your event.

How to edit a previously created event to make it a recurring event

You can edit the schedule of a previously created event to make it a recurring event. You can find your previously created events in the live events folder of your library. 

To make a previously created event a recurring event: 

1. Select the event from your library to open the web-based production studio.
2. Select the Settings Gear at the top-right of the studio to open the Settings menu.
3. Expand the Schedule pane.
4. Select the recurring event toggle.
5. Use text boxes, drop-down menus, and check boxes to set how often you’d like your event to recur in days, weeks, months, or years. 

The settings will save automatically.
