Troubleshooting: Unable to remove a registration form from a recurring live event

This article discusses the scenario where registration forms cannot be removed from a recurring live event. 

What causes my registration form to appear on my recurring live event? 

Adding a registration form to a live event will override the recurring event’s settings. Although you can still stream the recurring event multiple times, the registration feature will still appear each time you do. 

How do I remove a registration form from my recurring live event? 

Once you’ve added a registration form to your recurring live event, it is not possible to disable registrations. In addition, you cannot disable registrations while your event is live. 

If you need to stream the same content without requiring registration, you will need to create a new recurring event without adding a registration form.
