This article explains how to access a separate, full-page version of your event's engagement tools for dedicated management of chat, polls, and Q&A.
In addition to embedding engagement tools or moderating audience engagement from your event settings page, you can access a separate full-page version of your event's engagement tools.
This is helpful if you want someone on your team to solely focus on managing and moderating chat, polls, and Q&A.
To open engagement tools in a separate page:
- From the web-based production tool, select the Chat button located at the top right of the page. It is shaped like two overlapping speech bubbles.
- Select ⋮ > Engagement tools > Open in a new tab.
- This will open your engagement tools in a new tab in your browser.
