Change the email address associated with your ZenVideo OTT account

Change the email address associated with your ZenVideo OTT account on ZenVideo OTT's Account Settings page.

1. Visit Account Settings. 
2. Enter the new email address in the Email field. 
3. Enter your current password in the box at bottom of the page and click Save.
   
4. Your previous email address will receive an email with further instructions on confirming your email address change. 
   

⚠️ Note: In order for the updated settings on this page to take effect, you will need to enter your current password, and click Save.
