How do I add ZenVideo videos to my OTT site?

ZenVideo OTT users can leverage their existing ZenVideo videos to distribute as content for their customers. This will allow you to directly add the ZenVideo videos to your OTT site without re-uploading them.

To add videos from ZenVideo to your ZenVideo OTT site:

To begin, make sure your OTT site is connected to your ZenVideo account.

• If you have created your OTT Site from ZenVideo, you’re all set.
• If you have created your OTT site another way, be sure to read the instructions on how to connect your accounts. 

Once you’ve connected your ZenVideo account, you can add your ZenVideo content directly from the Content page of your OTT Admin if you are signed in as the site owner

1. In the navigation bar, click Content > Videos.
2. Once you’re on the Videos page, you’ll see a dropdown on the left with an option to Add ZenVideo Videos.

3. Click Add ZenVideo Videos and you’ll see a window appear that lists all of your existing ZenVideo videos. 

⚠️Note: Currently, your ZenVideo folders will not appear in this interface; use the search bar to find a specific video you’re looking for.

**Imported ZenVideo On Demand videos will not work on OTT. Such videos will need to be uploaded directly to OTT or imported as a duplicated version not associated with ZenVideo On Demand.

 

 

Select the video(s) you would like to distribute to your customers, then click the Add to OTT button. You’ll see a success message and your ZenVideo videos will be linked to your OTT site. 

4. Keep in mind that OTT does not have a copy of your video; this is the same video that resides in your ZenVideo account. Deleting the video on ZenVideo would remove the video on OTT as well.

⚠️Note: Imported ZenVideo On Demand content will not work on OTT. Such videos will need to be uploaded directly to OTT, or a duplicate version of the video on ZenVideo, not associated with ZenVideo On Demand, can be imported.
