Update my ZenVideo OTT account’s settings

To update your basic account information, click the circular profile icon in the upper right-hand corner and click Account Settings, or visit the Accounts Settings page.

When you load the settings page, you have the ability to change the following:

• Profile icon image
• Email address
• Name - First and last
• Website URL 
• Password - You can also reset your password at ZenVideo OTT’s Forgot Password page. 
• Opt-in for newsletters, updates, and offers from ZenVideo OTT - Uncheck this box if you do not want to receive these types of emails.
• Delete Account - If you want to totally remove your account from ZenVideo OTT, you can do so at the bottom of this profile settings page. If you are an admin or team member of a selling ZenVideo OTT site, you will need to be removed from those sites before you can delete your account.

⚠️ Note: In order for the updated settings on this page to take effect, you will need to enter your current password, and click Save.
