This article discusses troubleshooting a failed payment when attempting to purchase additional AI credits.

You will be alerted if your payment for AI credits fails.

Notification titled 'Action required: Update your payment method'. Text explains that payment for AI credits failed and the payment method needs updating to retry the charge and purchase more credits. Includes an 'Update payment method' button.

You can update your payment method, which will automatically retry the payment request again.

You cannot purchase additional AI credits if your payment continues to fail.

If you have further questions about your AI credit purchases failing, please contact Support. In your message, include:

The amount of credits that you were attempting to purchase.
When you were attempting to purchase them.
Any additional error messages or screenshots that will help Support troubleshoot your issue.
