How can I determine which dashboard I'm using: the Base or Advanced?

Look at the left-hand menu within your NPAW streaming dashboard to check if the hub name includes the word “Advanced.”

Can I access user-level data from the base Streaming Analytics product?

No. Viewer-level data and widgets, such as Top Viewers or Viewer X-Ray, are only available in the Advanced dashboard.

Is it possible to upgrade from Base to Advanced?

Yes. Please reach out to your ZenVideo Account Manager or Customer Success representative to explore upgrade options.
