Update billing information on ZenVideo OTT

This article discusses how to update your bank account information in the Billing section of the ZenVideo OTT Admin.

How do I update my bank account information in the Billing section?

If you need to add or update your payout or charge information on your ZenVideo OTT account, you can do so by navigating to Manage > Billing.

The Payouts tab will open by default. You can update your bank information at any time but other information such as your Business name, Tax ID, etc. will need to be handled by contacting our support team. You can read more about this from this guide.

Select the Charges tab to update your billing information for anything we may need to bill you for such as fees and purchases. You can read more about this from this guide.
