Shared with me

This feature requires a Pro, Business, Premium, Starter, Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise membership.

We have introduced a new space called Shared with me. This space shows all videos directly shared with you by a team member. You can access this space via your side navigation panel.

When someone on your team shares a video with you, it will appear in your Shared with me section. The default sort for Shared with me is “Last shared” - so the latest videos will appear at the top of the list. You can see who shared the video with you, when they shared it, and what team they are on. You have additional sort options for this space and can view it in either grid or list view.

Previously, if you were a Contributor or Viewer on a team account, shared videos appeared in your Team library root. We have cleaned this up and all of these videos will now appear in Shared with me. Shared with me only shows videos - shared folders will still appear in your Team Library. 

If you are part of multiple teams on ZenVideo, Shared with me will show all shared videos in one place - regardless of which team you’re switched into. If you want to see videos shared with you from a specific team, you can use the filter on this page to narrow shared videos down to one team.

If you share a video with another team member, they will see it in their Shared with me section with you as the sharer and the date you shared the video.
