My library (Personal Space)
What is My library (Personal Space) for?
It's your private space to store videos you don't want to share with your team yet, like drafts, meeting recordings, or works in progress.
Can I share videos from My library?
Yes, you can share with specific team members or move videos to the Team Library for broader access. You can also make videos in My library public if your admin settings allow it.
Will my personal videos show up in team searches?
No, unless you make them public.
Can I organize My library?
You can use folders and tags to keep things tidy.
What will happen to my library if I leave the organization?
Your personal space stays with the organization, and an admin can manage its contents.
Team library
What is the Team library?
It's a shared space for your team to collaborate on videos. Everyone on the team can access it, depending on their permissions.
Who owns the content in the Team library?
The organization owns the content, even if a team member leaves.
Can I move videos between My library and the Team library?
Yes, you can move content from My library to the Team library in the two spaces if you have the necessary permissions. If you are the account owner, you can move videos back from the Team library into My library.
I used to have videos in the Team library root - where did they go?
If you are a contributor or viewer, previously, when videos were shared with you, they were accessible via the Team library root. Now, shared videos appear in their own dedicated section—‘Shared with me’—and we have also moved all previously shared videos here. You will see additional useful data here, like who shared the video with you and when.
Shared with me
What is Shared with me?
We have introduced a new space called the Shared with me section. When someone on your team shares a video with you, it will appear in a new Shared with Me space, accessible via the side navigation panel. This section will show all shared videos in one place.
Can I organize or remove videos from Shared with me?
No, but you can filter the videos shared with you from different team accounts by using the Teams filter and clicking on all teams
Will I see shared videos from all the team organizations I'm part of?
Yes, Shared with me shows content shared with you across all teams and accounts organizations.
