Someone on ZenVideo posted a video of me and I don’t want it on the internet. What can I do?

If you believe a ZenVideo member is violating your privacy, you may file a privacy complaint through the ZenVideo Privacy Complaint Form. All complaints will be reviewed by a member of ZenVideo’s Trust & Safety team, and will be informed by ZenVideo’s Guidelines for Privacy Claims.

We encourage you to attempt to resolve the issue with the uploader directly by:

1. Logging into your ZenVideo account.
2. Navigating to the profile of the user who uploaded the video.
3. Clicking the Message button
   ⚠️ Note: You need to be following at least one other user on ZenVideo in order to message other users.
