Eligible ZenVideo Enterprise clients can configure their account to support HIPAA-compliant video delivery after signing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). For additional questions, contact our sales team.

ZenVideo users who have not signed a BAA may not use ZenVideo in any manner subject to HIPAA, including uploading any HIPAA-controlled materials (such as private patient information) to their account, even as private videos.
