How do I add an intro or outro to my video?

This feature is available for paid ZenVideo plans, Standard and above and Business and above.

Short videos, up to 60 seconds long, can be added to the beginning (Intros) or end (Outros) of your videos in the video editor. These clips can be used to enhance your brand identity.

This feature is available for ZenVideo users with paid plans: Standard and above, or Business and above. Contributor Plus team members and above on a team account can add intros and outros to the Brand Kit. Intros and Outros are managed in the Brand Kit.

Uploading Intros and Outros 

You can add up to 20 intros and 20 outros to your Brand Kit. Supported file types include MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, FLV, and WebM.

To upload a new Intro or Outro to your Brand Kit: 

1. From the left-side panel in the video editor, select the Brand button to open the Brand Kit. 
2. Select the Upload button next to the Intro or Outro headers.
3. On the Intro/Outro management panel, select +Upload to upload your media. 
4. After your file uploads, select the thumbnail to add it to the timeline for your video.

Deleting uploaded Intros and Outros 

Contributor Plus team members and above on a team account can delete previously added intros and outros from the Brand Kit.

To delete previously uploaded intros/outros: 

1. Access the Brand Kit by selecting "Brand" from the left-side panel.
2. Select the "Intro" or  "Outro" header. 
3. Hover over the thumbnail of the intro or outro you want to remove.
4. Select the trash can icon in the top right corner of the thumbnail.
   
5. Confirm that you would like to delete your intro or outro, that you understand your team will not be able to access it in the future, and that you understand it’ll appear in videos where it was already added.
6. Select Delete.

⚠️Note: Removing these files will prevent other team members from accessing them on the account. It will not affect videos that already have the intro or outro. To remove intros and outros from existing videos, you will need to edit them one by one.
