What is causing the verification to decline?
These are the most common reasons your verification will decline and what you can do to fix it.
- Submitted ID photo is a copy: Ensure you’re taking a physical photo of your ID and not a copy of your ID.
- PayPal information doesn’t match: Verify your PayPal information matches the information you’re submitting, such as your name.
- Information in submitted documents do not match: Be sure that your proof of address or supplemental documents match the information you’ve entered in Persona.
After checking these elements, you can re-try the verification.
