What if my ZenVideo membership purchased via the mobile app isn't showing up on my account?

If you used the mobile app to purchase a membership (via Apple or Google Play), but it doesn't appear in your Account Settings, and you keep seeing prompts to upgrade, it's possible that your purchase hasn't been updated on our backend yet.

To resolve this:

1. Select your profile photo in the top-right corner of the app. 
2. On the profile menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Restore (Android) / Restore purchase (iOS).
3. This will actively fetch your purchase information and update it on your account.

If this doesn't work, please contact Support and provide the exact steps you have taken so we can investigate further.
