To use marketing integrations with forms you need a Business, Premium, Advanced, or Enterprise membership. The in-product form is available for all paid plans.

With registration, you can capture a viewer’s email and other details. You can set up the form screen to appear before, during, or after your embedded videos, including videos in showcases. You can also enable registration for a showcase. You can then download your viewer information or sync it to your email service provider (e.g., MailChimp).

If you're a Basic, Plus, Pro, Free, or Starter member, you'll need to upgrade to ZenVideo Business, Premium, Advanced, or Enterprise to unlock forms for the embedded player.

How to set up a registration form

Follow the steps below to configure registration on a video or showcase.

First, select the video from your library, and then go to the Interactive tab on the left of the video settings page.
- To turn on registration for a showcase, open your showcase from the showcase folder in your library.
Select Registration, and then Turn on registration.
From the Registration panel, select Customize.
Here, you can configure which fields you would like to display on the registration form including name, email address, and custom text, dropdown, or checkbox fields.
- You can add up to 20 custom fields each up to 240 characters in length, and your registrants can include answers up to 50 characters in length per text field.
- For checkboxes, you can use the link button to add a URL to the field.
Drag and drop the dot icon to the right of each field to re-arrange the order in which they appear.
Select the options menu to the right to open the dropdown menu to find additional settings for each field. Here, you can make a field required or delete it from your form.
Below the custom fields, you can provide a link to your organization’s privacy policy that will be accessible to viewers directly from the preview player, below the contact form.
Select the Appearance tab on the right to change the layout, add your logo, or add background image or color.
Use the Preview dropdown menu option to view your form, confirmation, and sign-on screen from your viewers’ perspective.
Once you are happy with your form, select the back button in the top left corner to return to your event settings page. Your changes will be saved automatically.
