This feature requires a Business, Premium, Advanced, or Enterprise membership.
You can automatically sync captured information with your email service provider (ESP) on the Marketing tab of your Account Settings page. Please note that for information to be synced, users must input their first and last names in the contact form submission fields.
If you're a Basic, Plus, Pro, Free, or Starter member, you'll need to upgrade to ZenVideo Business, Premium, Advanced, or Enterprise to unlock registration forms for the embedded player.

Follow these steps to sync a form:

To connect your ZenVideo account with your ESP — Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, or Keap, previously known as Infusionsoft — go to the Marketing tab of your Account Settings and click the blue “Connect” button next to its name.
- After accepting the terms, you’ll see a pop-up window where you can log in to your email service provider.
- Once you’ve successfully logged in, select the list (or tag, in the case of Keap) where you want the information captured by ZenVideo to be sent, and then click the Sync button.
- Your email service provider is now connected. The Marketing tab of your Account Settings should display the list's name synced with ZenVideo.
How to disconnect your email service provider from a contact form
To disconnect your email service provider from ZenVideo, hover over the green Connected button and click to disconnect.
