How to create a ZenVideo account

To create an account on ZenVideo:

1.  Visit vimeo.com, then select Join in the upper right corner.
   
2. Enter your name, email, and create a password. 
3. Click Join with email.
   • This creation method is preferred to ensure you maintain access to your account outside of any social media account credentials and enables you to immediately take any actions needed that require a ZenVideo account password (such as deleting a video).
     
   • You can also select Join with Google to create and log into a ZenVideo account via an existing Google account; follow the on-screen prompts to complete the sign-up. However, after you do so, you should update your ZenVideo password to perform specific actions that will require a password later. This will also ensure you can maintain access to ZenVideo even if you lose access to your third-party account.
4. You will be prompted to answer a few questions that help us get to know what our customers use ZenVideo for. Proceed through the survey (you can also skip it).
5. You will see the available subscription plans we offer. You can start a trial, purchase a plan immediately, or click 'No thanks' to proceed with a Free account. You can always upgrade later.
6. Finally, be sure to check your inbox to verify your email address.
