You can use granular permissions for individual videos or an entire folder. This article covers how to grant resource-level permissions to your team members to collaborate more effectively.

Video-level permissions
To grant specific permissions to a team member for a video, follow these steps:
- From the video settings page, select the Share button in the top right corner.
- Find the team member in the list of ‘People with access’ or invite them to the video.
- Choose the appropriate permission scope by selecting the dropdown menu next to their name or email address.

On a per-video basis, you can invite team members to the resource with the following permission scopes:
- Can edit: Allows the recipient to edit the video and its settings.
- Can comment: Allows the recipient to leave internal feedback via collaboration comments.
- Can view: Allows the recipient to view the video page.
Folder-level permissions
To grant specific permissions to a team member for all videos within a folder, follow these steps:
- From the folder page, select the Share button in the top right corner.
- Find the team member in the list of ‘People with access’ or invite them to the video.
- Choose the appropriate permission scope by selecting the dropdown menu next to their name or email address.

When granting the following permissions to a folder, the recipient will have access to all content within the folder:
- Can manage: Allows the recipient to invite others, change access, create and delete folder content.
- Can edit: Allows the recipient to edit videos within the folder and change video settings.
- Can comment: Allows the recipient to leave internal feedback via collaboration comments on all videos within the folder.
- Can view: Allows the recipient to watch videos within the folder.
