If your videos aren’t posting when using publish to social, there are some steps to try.
What is causing the post to fail?
These are the most common reasons publishing to social will fail, along with what to check for:
- App is not synced to ZenVideo: Disconnect the app, then reconnect it from your account settings.
- Trying to post on a personal Facebook profile: If using Facebook, ensure your destination is not a personal profile. Publish to social will only work when posting to Facebook Pages, not profiles.
- Not under the correct role: If you’re using LinkedIn, check your role on the LinkedIn account; only ‘super-admins’ roles can post to a company LinkedIn page.
- Check for other restrictions and requirements for publishing to social.
