How do I enable this integration?
To utilize this integration, your organization will need both an account on ZenVideo OTT and at least one membership type on Mariana Tek.
If you have both of those in place, reach out to integrations@marianatek.com to enable this integration.
Once this integration is enabled, your Mariana Tek members will be able to use the same login and password they use to access their Mariana Tek membership settings to watch your ZenVideo OTT content.
Additional technical specifications
The integration will work for web and branded apps as a Sign-in-only experience. Additionally, this integration requires sellers to have a subscription (SVOD) product on their OTT account. Contact your Account Manager at ZenVideo to confirm eligibility.
Enabling this integration will require the following:
- You (the OTT seller) must use Mariana Tek to process all payments for your OTT site. SVOD and TVOD products cannot be sold via ZenVideo OTT's checkout when using this integration.
- OTT sellers using this integration must agree to provide them with viewer support. Information on how support works can be found in this guide.
