What ZenVideo OTT customers will see on their card statement

This article discusses what customers will see on their card statements.

What do my customers see on their card statements?

When one of your customers is charged by ZenVideo OTT for subscribing or buying from your site, the default descriptor they will see on their bank statement will be OTT* YOUR_SUBDOMAIN

For example, if your ZenVideo OTT website is http://purplefitness.vhx.tv, then "OTT* PURPLEFITNESS" will show up on their statement as the charge descriptor. 

However, you can customize this by navigating to Settings > Site > General. You can find the Statement descriptor field below the social media URL options.

If you wish to customize the statement descriptor, keep in mind the following:

• It must be 3-17 Latin alphanumeric characters
• It cannot contain any of the special characters < > \ ' " *
• It should reflect your Doing Business As (DBA) name.
• Contains more than a single common term or common website URL. A website URL only is acceptable if it provides a clear and accurate description of a transaction on a customer’s statement.
