Are discounts available for non-profit organizations?

ZenVideo currently offers discounts to non-profit organizations in the United States. Our support team cannot fulfil additional discount requests. 

• US non-profit organizations with valid 501c3 forms can receive a one-time 25% off promo code.
• If your ZenVideo account is for a qualified non-profit organization, contact us. We will require official documentation showing your organization's non-profit status to provide this code.

Can I receive a ZenVideo subscription for free?

ZenVideo currently offers free trials for our paid memberships, excluding Enterprise. You can access this via our Upgrade page. Outside of this, our support team cannot fulfill requests for free access to paid ZenVideo subscriptions.

Does ZenVideo have any subscription discounts that work on renewals?

At this time, ZenVideo’s promo codes are valid for one purchase only. We do not have any promotional codes for recurring or permanently discounted subscriptions.

Does ZenVideo have a referral program?

ZenVideo has a referral program, which you can access on the Referral page.

On the above page, fill out the form to share your ZenVideo referral link via email. 

Your friends who sign up through your link will save 25% on their first annual Plus, Pro, or Business membership. For every friend who signs up and remains on the service for more than 30 days, you will receive a $50 U.S. Amazon Gift Card.

Each user can refer up to 10 friends in total. 

Does ZenVideo provide discounts to students and teachers? 

ZenVideo currently offers discounts to students and teachers located in the United States. 

ZenVideo provides a one-time discount promo code for your purchase. This promo code is available for verified teachers and students who have provided their email address.

How do I redeem a promo code?

You can redeem your promo code when purchasing a ZenVideo plan. 

To redeem your promo code:

1. Select 'Have a promo code?'
2. Enter your unique code.
3. Select Apply code and continue to complete your purchase.

⚠️Note: Each code has an expiration date and cannot be transferred. This code cannot be applied to free trials, renewals, additional seats, previous purchases, or Enterprise plans.
