Troubleshooting: Sharing videos from ZenVideo to social media

If your videos aren't displaying the correct thumbnail or title on social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter, an earlier version of your video was likely cached. 

To resolve:

1. To re-cache your video, run its URL through one of these tools:
   •  Facebook: Link debugger 
   • X (Twitter): Card validator 
2. Wait for about an hour, and then give your post another try.
