How much of a copyrighted work can I use under fair use?

We cannot advise you on whether or not your proposed use might be considered infringing or non-infringing, as each case is different and will depend upon a number of factors. If you have doubts, the best practice is either to obtain the copyright holder’s written permission or to not use the copyrighted material at all.

Please note that our Terms of Service prohibit the uploading of videos that infringe another person’s copyrights. We will remove materials if we believe they are infringing, or if we receive a formal takedown notice from a copyright holder.
