How to arrange and remove videos within a showcase

You can manage the content in your showcases to your preference by re-arranging, deleting, or adding more videos.

⚠️Note: On team accounts, Contributors, Contributors+, Admins, and Owners can manage showcases.

How to arrange videos within a showcase

To arrange videos within a showcase, follow these steps:

1. Open the showcase.
2. In the dropdown menu above your videos, select the Sort by menu.
   
3. Drag and drop videos to arrange them in the order of your choosing.

You can sort videos by one of the following options in the dropdown menu:

• Title A-Z
• Title Z-A
• Last added to ZenVideo
• First added to ZenVideo
• Most likes
• Most views 
• Most comments
• Custom (drag and drop)

Please note:

• We don't have a feature that allows for the creation of folders or sub-showcases within showcases.
• It is also not possible to change the order in which your showcases appear on your showcase management page. They are organized by the date on which they were created.

How to remove a video from a showcase

To remove a video from a showcase, follow these steps:

1. Open your showcase from the library.
2. Hover over the video to see more options on the right-hand side of the page. 
3. Select the circled dash icon to Remove from showcase.
   

💡Tip: Removing a video from a showcase won’t remove the video from your library.

How to use bulk actions on showcases

To remove multiple videos from a showcase, follow these steps:

1. Open your showcase from the library.
2. Use the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the page to select multiple videos. 
3. At the bottom of the page, you will see the option to Remove from showcase.
