Audit logs contain events and attributes that provide additional details for that event.
Events tracked in audit logs include:

- When folders are created, shared, moved, and deleted.
- When a video’s privacy setting is updated.
- When a live event is created, started streaming, or finished.
- Changes in clip settings.
- Changes in user or team settings.
- Data retention creation.
Each event displays the following attributes:
- The username, role, and location (based on IP address) of the team member who performed the event.
- The team member’s platform type
- Eg: lmac_web or windows_web
- The team member’s IP address
- The object type that has been affected
- Eg: video, folder, or team_user
- The object ID
- Useful for actions being taken via the API
- The event that took place
- Eg: Creating a video, deleting a video, updating a video’s privacy, or deleting a team member.
- The date & time the event took place (in US Eastern Standard Time).
- The title of the object that was affected
- Eg: the video’s title or the user’s email address.
💡Tip: A limited number of attributes are displayed in the audit log panel. All event attributes are visible in the export log. Learn how to download and export a .csv file of your audit log at 'How can I filter and download my audit logs?'
