How to add a custom thumbnail for a live event

When you create a live event, it will provide a default image (color bars) to use as a thumbnail image.

However, you can change the thumbnail for your live event on the Customize player page.

To change the thumbnail image for your video: 

1. Select the gear icon on the top right of the page to open Settings.
   
2. Select Destinations, and then next to the ZenVideo logo, select Customize.
   
   
3. A new page will open. Scroll down to the Customization section to find the Thumbnail option.
4. Hover on the image next to Thumbnail and select the pencil icon that appears.
   
5. Select "Upload" to select the desired image as your thumbnail.
