Track your webinars UTM parameter

ZenVideo Webinars allow customers to track UTM parameters. The default parameters are outlined below:

• utm_source
• utm_campaign
• utm_term
• utm_content
• utm_medium

These UTM parameters are captured for events held on ZenVideo.com, but not captured for events hosted off ZenVideo.com.

The captured UTM parameters are accessible via the CSV download for an event. All parameters are reflected as a column header; values for the parameter are then reflected as a row for that lead. Default columns in the CSV are created for the default UTM parameters. Any default UTMs not listed in the default will automatically be aggregated to the CSV as well as a separate column.

If a user is connected to Marketo or Salesforce Sales Cloud, UTM parameters can be mapped there.
