Selling 4K, 360, or VR video with ZenVideo OTT

ZenVideo OTT supports 4K/HDR videos on desktop, mobile browsers, iOS, tvOS, Android, Android TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV running version 8.4 and higher (Please note that this is not supported for live video; the highest resolution that live can display is 1080p.)

We're still working on supporting 4K/HDR on the Universal Windows Platform (Xbox), Tizen TV, as well as apps with DRM). 4K/HDR is not presently supported on these branded apps. 

4k playback is only compatible with videos uploaded after 01/10/2024. Any videos with 4k resolution uploaded before that date will playback at full resolution on the web, but will be capped at 1080p when played on branded apps. To unlock 4k playback on the apps, please replace the existing video by reuploading the 4k resolution video. 

As for 360 and VR, we don't support this on ZenVideo OTT just yet. Alternatively, you could always upload the 4K, 360, or VR videos in a zip folder and add it to your Product as an Extra.
