Summary: Users who migrate to ZenVideo from Livestream may encounter an error in which Livestream Studio prompts them to renew their Livestream account when using Livestream Studio.
To Resolve:
- In Livestream Studio, select the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Select My Account in the left-side menu of the Settings window.
- Select the Log Out button.
- At the login screen, select Log in with ZenVideo and enter your ZenVideo credentials.
This will log you into Livestream Studio with your ZenVideo credentials. At this point, you should no longer receive prompts to renew your Livestream account. If this persists, please Contact Support.
